Education Reform from 2008 to 2011 is based on whose greatest needs: 3-21 year old students, or balancing budgets?

Local, state and national budgets must balance. But at what cost?

By 2016 once local, state and federal budgets will gain traction THEN the America that slammed schools will notice fewer graduating seniors and 40% attrition rates will seem heavenly. By 2016 graduating high school seniors who will think; four day school week, huge classes, and 160 day school year is NORMAL.

MY ANSWER FOR TODAY:

ALL monies devoted to education should be fenced, and the 2011 school budgets should be FROZEN before the FISCAL YEAR 2012 starts in October.

MY FEAR FOR 2016:

If not...then who will be to blame for America's Failing Students? America. Those seniors of 2016 would of spent 2/3rds of their education WHEN education reformation that was NOT done for anyone, BUT the local, state and national BUDGET DEFICITS.

WHO I BLAME:
If the the elected officials refuse to work together...then it'll be their replacements FACING STAGGERING:

rising crime stats

increased domestic violence

expanded drug cartel influence

college enrollments will drop

suicide rates (age 14 to 26 years old) will increase

births to teen parents will rise

And the "welfare" needs and rolls will be himmeraging

Their will be more foster care needs

less high school seniors able to do basic technical jobs

and fewer GEDs

Why will Americans of 2011 let school budgets have minute steady encroachment?

The American wealthy can remove their offspring from the frey: private education, private residential enclaves. And...its those same people who are usually elected to lead (because they can afford to lose a few elections prior to power). And, its those Congressmen, House of Representatives who will be oblivious to the plight of the American who earns less than $50,000.

MIX the POLLY COLORS is MY SPECULATION for How to Stop Cutting School Budgets:

Red and Blue need to mix and make PURPLE. Stop balancing budgets at the expense of our nations' students. 2016 is just five years away. And, that will be the year that America will no longer disparage teachers and schools because it will become clear that our law makers and elected officials did not care, or plan for ALL students since 2008 when the market crashed and local, state budgets had planned on various "investments".
